The Item Window allows you to track all item information, including price, cost, warranty information, manufacturer, model and more. ServiceLedger supports separate item types for parts, labor, equipment, service contracts, and more. All inventory balance information is viewable directly from the item's record.


Serialized Inventory

ServiceLedger's serialized inventory capabilities make it fast and easy to track individual items by serial number.


Multiple Inventory Locations

Track multiple inventory locations, including multiple warehouses, bins within warehouses, or trucks in the field to know instantly how much inventory is in each location.


Automatic Purchasing List

The Automatic Purchasing List allows you to quickly generate purchase orders for multiple items with one click of a button to maintain proper inventory levels required for your business.
