Online Training Videos
Welcome to the ServiceLedger Online Video Training Page. The online training videos are designed as a companion to our written Getting Started Guides to provide better visual aid on how to use and implement ServiceLedger. We recommend that you read the Getting Started Guide for any manager before watching each training video to get a better understanding and sense of how that area of the software works and how it can apply to your organization.
Our focus is on providing you with on-demand resources for a successful implementation. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to email support@serviceledger.com. Additionally, we welcome any comments or suggestions you may have on our existing video library or new videos we should create for you.
Note: Training videos should be used in conjunction with the online documentation for the same manager. All training videos provide visual flow for any manager, however the online documentation provides more detailed training diving into more specific functionality and/or processes.
